I received this lockout kit a couple of days ago, and it paid for itself already. I am a towtruck driver and this is a must have. I was concerned of the quality of the product, but it is top notch. well just talking about the product its ok, workes just fine. however this is not what i was expecting. the description of the set was 2 peice lock out kit. i got a one peice and tried to contact the company via email, with out any luck. so with that being said the product is ok, the service sucks, and i was suprised and not happy.

I got a 1 piece long reach tool, and event though that may be better it was clearly stated that this was a 2 piece. I am not impressed with the air wedge it comes with. On top of that I didn't get the glow version which sells for $10 to $15 more so basically I got ripped off by about $10.
